Our colleague Angela Ersöz has undergone training in and successfully passed the examination as a safety advisor for dangerous goods. The KFT team congratulates her on her success.
More and more companies are taking advantage of the services of external Dangerous Goods Advisors. According to §3 of the Act on the Transport of Dangerous Goods (Gefahrgutbeauftragtenverordnung, GbV), a company must appoint a safety advisor for the shipment as soon as it carries any dangerous goods. The appointment means that the resource is no longer available for the company’s core business. That’s why small and midsize companies are well-advised to trust a professional service provider with this work. In Angela Ersöz, who has been working with KFT since 2013 with marketability checks, product safety, and the creation of safety data sheets, our team has an outstanding advisor. She helps our customers keep an eye on compliance with regulations pertaining to dangerous goods, identifying any gaps, and offering comprehensive advice on legal compliance.
